You will receive a refund minus 15% restocking fee if you’re within our local delivery markets! If you are located outside of the local market we will deduct delivery costs. We will process the refund the day you return the car, the refund the day you return the car, and it may take 7-10 days to show up in your account based on your bank.
To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 pm EST on the 7th calendar day from your purchase date.
We cannot accept return if the car has been:
*In an accident or damaged
*Altered from the condition it was delivered in
*Had a lien
*Had a security as a loan, also known as an encumbrance, put on the vehicle (other than our retail installment contract)
Additionally, the refund & exchange policy covers up to 400 miles from the mileages of the time of sale, every additional mile will be charged $1 for every additional mile. If you choose to exchange, you can receive up to one vehicle, however, the second vehicle will not come with our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
