The 2021 Nissan Rogue is available in four trims: S, SV, SL and the top-of-the-line Platinum. Nissan keeps things pretty simple with powertrain options for the Rogue. Power comes from a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine making 181 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque, which Nissan claims is top in its class. Nissan mates that engine to an efficient Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). The Rogue comes standard with front-wheel drive, however all-wheel drive is optional on all models. The base model Rogue S is more basic than other versions, but is still equipped with plenty of nice features. Air conditioning, cruise control, power door locks and power windows are all generally expected and all are present. However, more upscale items that come standard on the S include NissanConnect 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rearview camera, LED daytime running lights and illuminated audio controls on the steering wheel.
